Prior to starting REI Books, Kirk worked in Fortune 500 companies, small business, and mortgages. Kirk has had both sales and operations roles. In those roles, he performed financial analysis, projections (short-term and long-term), and business planning. He completed his B.S. at Bradley University and MBA at Walsh College.
Prior to starting REI Books, Joni’s work experience includes Fortune 500 companies, hospitality, and retail. Joni worked with C-Suite executives in established companies and in a large national startup. Joni holds a B.S. in Counseling Psychology from Rochester Christian University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Bo's experience is concentrated in Lunch Time Awareness, Couch Monitoring, and Delivery Person Security.
Bo has no degrees.
We have two children: our oldest, Sydney, is a high school English teacher and lives about ten minutes from us. Grayson, our youngest, has a couple more years of High School and loves all things coding and gaming.
